Articles for Better Fulfillbot Spreadsheet Decisions

These guides are written for the moment when a spreadsheet row looks interesting but still leaves you with questions. Choose the problem you are trying to solve, follow the short workflow, and leave with a clearer keep, hold, or drop decision.

Start here

Choose the article that matches the problem in front of you.

If the photos are unclear, start with the QC guide. If two rows look almost identical, use the find comparison. If you are comparing different agent sheets, use the neutral spreadsheet framework. For fit, parcel cost, or stale destinations, open the matching specialist guide.

A calmer reading path

Use one article, then return to the decision

The goal is not to consume every guide. Read only until you can make the next comparison more honestly.

Name the uncertainty

Write one sentence: “I cannot tell whether the photos match,” “I do not know which row is stronger,” or “I do not trust the weight.”

Apply one workflow

Use the relevant article on no more than three comparable rows. Keep the evidence frame the same across each one.

Record the outcome

Mark the row keep, hold, or drop and add a short reason. If nothing changed, close the research session instead of widening it.

Still unsure which guide to open?

Start with the seven-point checklist. The weakest score usually tells you which article will be useful next.
